Hello Beauties,
I come to you this week with a very questionable new trend: wavy eyebrows. I’m sure that by now you must have seen them floating all over social media, and if not then they look just how they sound. Seriously. Just google it. I’ve seen various techniques on achieving the elusive waves from carving them out with concealer, to drawing the waves freehand and filling them in. From what I was able to research, the first look was created by Jessica Brodersen, and made popular by Promise Tamang. Either way, this is not the first odd eyebrow trend to popup in 2017. We have already been introduced to feathered eyebrows and barbed wire brows.
Many have tried their own spin to the squiggly finish, but the internet seems divided. A lot of people are amused by the creativity and artistry of the looks people have come up with. A lot of others are put off by the newest “crazy” look. While I’m not particularly sure I’d go for a night on the town sporting wavy brows, I must say that I do admire the imagination of some of the work produced. One thing is for sure, it’s exciting to see what trend will come forth next.
What are your thoughts? Tell me all about it in the forums.
Stay gorgeous,
