Italian Style Stuffed Pork or Beef Rolls Recipe

My pork or beef stuffed rolls are a slight twist on an old Italian favorite - Pork or Beef Braciole. Take the more inexpensive cuts of meat, pound it thin and lay down a few fresh ingredients, roll them up and braise in a juicy tomato sauce. Amazingly delicious and tender! They are great sliced up cold in a sandwich too!
