October 19 2007 Breastfeeding Newsletter

Greetings this week from the new Breastfeeding Editor. It's been a crazy week. My older daughter turned 5 on Tuesday (I can't believe it!) and we're having a big party on Sunday. Even under a lot of stress it's important for a nursing mom to remember to get sleep, drink a lot of water, or else risk problems like plugged ducts.
