D is for Donuts
Ah...just checking to see if you were paying attention :-)
D is not for donuts (I wish) but for Dates. Dates contain a type of soluble fiber that has been shown to decrease the body's absorption of cholesterol and keep blood sugar levels even. Follow my suggestions in Breakfast 101 and try some chopped dates on top of cold or hot cereal.
