Hi everyone, it’s Wednesday, a chance to pop in and say hello. We’ve had the most wonderful rain here over the past few months which have just about taken us out of an eight year drought, and has caused our dams to go from 17% full (or nearly empty) to 60% full. Thank heavens. We have had the most stringent water restrictions that meant that we were unable to hose the garden AT ALL excepting with a bucket, and in a window time limit of a half hour per week. Naturally many keen gardeners were absolutely heart broken to see their beautiful tropical gardens waste away, so this recent rain has been wonderful for them. I had one very keen gardener say to me yesterday that if she stood quietly in her back garden, she could hear the garden quietly humming to itself!!

Well, I finally got my act together and posted my first Quilt Quiz Questions and Answers. I had fun putting it together and have received some very funny emails regarding the quiz. I hope you enjoyed participating in the Quiz and I’ll work at putting another one together a little later in the year. Here’s the link to the articles:http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art10169.asp

This week I received some help from the quilters on the Bellaonline Forum, after I asked for help on behalf of a quilter who had emailed me with a question I wasn’t able to answer. Thanks for your response Sara, it was very thorough and helpful.

Quilters, that’s what the forum can be used for; if you have any questions or are puzzled by a certain technique, do go to the forum and post your question. There’s so many knowledgeable quilters who regularly post on the forum. You are bound to get the help you’re seeking.
