Felted Wool Projects To Sew
Whether sewing by machine or by hand felted wool is one of the easiest of fabrics to use for crafting as it does not fray or ravel, has enough body to easily take on needed shapes and has a luxurious depth of feel and richness of color.

Sewing with felted wool makes for great sewing projects and inspires feelings of warmth, particularly as winter makes its slow descent onto the now slumbering landscapes. The warmth of the felted wool helps to ward off those cold, snowy day chills!

"Come, see the north-wind's masonry, Out of an unseen quarry evermore Furnished with tile, the fierce artificer Curves his white bastions with projected roof Round every windward stake, or tree, or door. Speeding, the myriad-handed, his wild work So fanciful, so savage, naught cares he For number or proportion."
Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Out of the bosom of the Air, Out of the cloud-folds of her garments shaken, Over the woodlands brown and bare, Over the harvest-fields forsaken, Silent, and soft, and slow Descends the snow."
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
