Remembering times past can transport us to simplier times as we float on memories that can be somewhat bittersweet, so very happy, or just too sketchy to paint us a picture to bring toward the here and now. Sewing with vintage textiles seems to stir these fleeting memories, create new focus and allow us to continue to preserve a handcrafting tradition.
