Attention Deficit Disorder

December 23 2010 Attention Deficit Disorder Newsletter

Greetings and thanks for reading the ADD newsletter,

I hope this finds you doing well during this hectic time of year. Are you trying to streamline your life for next year? Wouldn't that be lovely? I'm working on it! Also, I'm finding ways to become more healthy. If you have had success in the area of scheduling exercise, would you please let me know what worked for you in the forum?

Last week I wrote two articles, but I didn't want to overload your mailboxes with a second newsletter. I have included last week's and this week's articles below. Let me know if you find them useful.

Wishing you a blessed week,

Here's the latest article from the Attention Deficit Disorder site at

Book Review: Sidetracked Home Executives
Too often a house that’s a screaming mess stands in the way of peace, harmony, and the freedom to have friends drop in anytime. With Attention Deficit Disorder, sometimes it is difficult to implement a housecleaning plan. When you have reached the end of your housecleaning rope, call on the “Slob Sisters!” Read Sidetracked Home Executives and calm your household chaos.

Here is the bonus article that was added after the last newsletter. I am really aware of how many e-mails that we get in the mail each day. I didn't want to send out a separate newsletter for this article, so I hope you find it useful this week.

White Noise for Sleep and ADD
People with ADD often have sleep problems. When you wake in the morning do you feel rested or tired and frustrated? Is it difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep because of noise? Maybe a white noise generator could help you. This is a review of the white noise machine that saved my sanity!
