Meditation Outdoors Helps ADD Stress
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
What a glorious day in Kansas! I walked into a teachers' meeting today and was just sad. There was a gorgeous day to be enjoyed, and the teachers were stuck inside.
What a bonus I got! The meeting let out early, so I drove to the Arboretum. There, my cares vanished, as I stepped away from the day that was planned. Take advantage of those unpredictable times when you can do something to make your life more pleasant. Pamper yourself. Ease your stress level!
Day after day, the unrelenting stress of life can pressure us. When you have ADD, this type of stress can increase distractibility and lower your quality of life. What can you do? Take a deep breath and step away from your daily routine. Meditate in the outdoors! Lose your stress and find the clarity of mind that helps your ADD symptoms.
