Well, I have now proved to myself that watching history documentaries isn't better than the daily news when you are trying to avoid being depressed by the outrageous things humans decide to do! However, I do like How-To videos of everything from gardening to quilting, not to mention cooking. I like learning new things, even though I am way past school age. Learning anything new keeps the brain active, and the Bahá'í Faith encourages not only the lifelong acquisition of ideas and skills, but also rational thought and action.
