I wanted to bring this week's article to your attention because it deals with the important issue of church conflicts and how to handle them. Most church members will be involved in a conflict at some point in their lifetime. Knowing how to handle these in a positive manner can make the difference in whether your church divides into two bodies or if you simply lose members.

Church divisions are among the most harmful things that the unbelieving public witnesses. The entire community is affected when a church divides. It makes it harder to win souls for the Lord.
