Greetings everyone! We've been busy preserving the last flavors of summer.
There is nothing during the cooler months of winter, like reaching
into the shelves for that garden fresh taste.

If you want to freeze tomatoes without the skin, boil them in a
pot of water for about 3 minutes and transfer them into another
bowl with ice water. The skins will begin peeling away. You can
put them back on the stove to stew or simply cut them up
into chunks for later.
