CLEAN THOUGHTS

Happy New Year!

Can you believe 2006 is now behind us?  Time goes by so fast.  I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and I wish you and your family every happiness in 2007.  When we last spoke, I told you about my "pain in the neck."  Well, I am going to have neck surgery for my ruptured disc on January 31st -- so I am wasting no time in putting this behind me so I have the rest of the year ahead of me.  Thanks to everyone who wrote and offered your thoughts and prayers.  I am very grateful to you all.

I hope you won't put off anything you need to do (hmmm....like housework) this year.  And for that reason, I've made my Everydayclean.com Calendar my featured product -- it will help you to stay on track all year long so you can have the house -- and the lifestyle you enjoy.  Yes, the calendar even has "down times" so you can have vacation time and time off.  All housework all the time makes us all pretty darn dull.

Get some air

This time of year keeps us locked up inside our homes because of the weather.  Unlike the summer when kids are going in and out of the house, opening windows and doors, the winter finds us shutting up our homes to preserve the heat in them.  But, in the process we often get little or no fresh air for months at a time -- and that can harm our health.  You'll learn some easy tips and ideas about how to have cleaner air in your home all year round in today's Feature Article.

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it

I've always said that a clean house helped you stay healthy, now the BBC reports on a study that proves it.  The study showed that "pre-menopausal women who did housework were 30 percent less likely to develop breast cancer than pre-menopausal women who did none."  Now if that doesn't make you want to whip out the vacuum, I don't know what does!

Until next time ---

Happy Cleaning,

Kathryn Weber
