Tip of the week: Rinse all your pots and pans BEFORE you eat your dinner (let someone else take food to the table!). Getting them rinsed before they dry will speed your cleaning time and almost completely eliminate the need for soaking off dried-on food later. It may take some getting used to, but well worth it!
