The dilemma of home
A new book has recently come out about the changing ways we live in America. People now spend more time than ever with their children and almost half the time cleaning house than we did in 1965. Of course, we have new gadgets and tools to help us speed up the process of cleaning house, so that knocks off some of the time spent. But, I want to share something with you -- and maybe I'm preaching to the choir, but....
I believe the quality of our homes has a direct impact on the quality of our lives.
No, I don't think you should spend every waking moment on cleaning, but I do believe that even small, regular amounts of time (much like that 10% savings rule) when deposited in efforts in keeping house reaps huge rewards. Too many people think they have to pass the white glove test or they chuck housekeeping altogether. It doesn't have to be like this and I've got a plan to help you with your house when you are strapped for time.
