CLEAN THOUGHTS
Hi there!
You may recall that a month ago, I wrote to let you know that I was having spinal surgery on my neck January 31st. Well, it was a great success! I walked in on Wednesday at noon and walked out of the hospital Thursday at noon and took nothing more than Advil for pain after that -- and that's having two vertebrae fused and six screws put into my neck. Yikes. Thank you to everyone who wrote and extended your best wishes to me. I truly appreciated everyone's e-cards and emails.
But, I am ready to get back to work and get my house clean. Last year I broke my wrist and was unable to really clean for a month, just like this past month. What's the lesson I learned again this past month? When you stay on top of magazines, paper, and keep a reasonably clean house, you can withstand some time away from your household duties. So, in that regard, keeping up with your house is worth it -- you stay on top of it so it can get on top of you!
When I sat down to write today's article, I didn't know what to write about. Yep, I had writer's block...the first time in 25 years of writing! Fortunately, I received a number of emails with questions from readers during the month I was away. That's what became the foundation of today's article. I hope you enjoy it.
Don't forget to write if you have a cleaning dilemma or questions. I always love to hear from you.
Warmly,
Cleaning Editor for Bellaonline
