Coronation Chicken Salad Recipe
This recipe was originally invented for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II – hence the name. I figure if it is good enough for a Queen, it must be good enough for my family! It is so quick and easy and kids love it. It is great for sandwiches, wraps, summer entertaining and picnics.
