I'm so sorry! The link in the newsletter I just sent out has an error! I apologize for any inconvenience. Here's the corrected version!

This Week's Theme is Meals That Satisfy the Whole Family

That's not always easy, right? Are you tired to making "a la carte" selections for the picky eaters in your home? Try cooking meals that incorporate something you know everyone loves, like pasta. This recipe for Broccoli and Penne Pasta With Parmesan Cheese is a favorite at our house. When my daughter was younger, I'd just reserve some of the plain pasta for her, and she'd eat it as he rest of us enjoyed the dish with cheese and broccoli. One night she said, defiantly, "Where's my broccoli?!!" Well, that was it - for awhile there, she couldn't get enough broccoli. Now we've cycled on to cauliflower, but you get the idea!

As difficult as it is to keep introducing new foods, remember that your life will get a lot easier when dinner means making one meal!

Don't forget to join us in the forum to share readers' creative ideas for cooking with kids.
