Here's the latest article from the Cooking for Kids site at BellaOnline.com.

We live in Spain. This weekend is our village's annual 'fiestas' which is basically like the village fair or fĂȘte. Each village in Spain does something different to celebrate it's fiesta. Our village today has a 'paella popular' which is where they make one huge paella that feed th whole village. The 'paellera' or paella pan is larger than a king size bed and feeds around 1,000 people. It has lots of different types of seafood, chicken and of course saffron. So this week I thought we would feature my 'kid friendly paella' recipe. I hope you enjoy this as much as I am going to enjoy my 'paella popular' today!
