Jarecki's first feature film is the subject of my latest review. He uses the recent history of the financial markets as the backdrop for his suspenseful character study. Jarecki is also the author of "Breaking In: How 20 Film Directors Got Their Start".
A new coffee table book by photographer Angela Lo Priore would make the perfect Mother's Day gift for the movie fan in your life. The book is titled "One Hundred Portraits", and features photos of film industry greats like Al Pacino, Charlize Theron, Oliver Stone, George Clooney and Brad Pitt. The book is 228 pages and was released on March 31st. Happy Mother's Day!
