Hello again! What a week. My brother-in-law had an unexpected triple bypass with a few complications, and of course, I stepped up to lend a hand with child care and other duties. We should give pause to appreciate the marvels of modern medicine. We take so much for granted and to think that doctors can take a human heart out of a body, essentially rewire it and put it back in again is nothing less than astounding. He's home and recovering well although it will be another 12 weeks before he can drive again.
