Greetings and Salutations -

I am slowly but surely catching up on my backlog and to-do list. If you have something pending for me, I will strive to get to it soon.

We should all offer a warm congratulations to Distance Learning editor Patricia Pedraza-Nafziger who won a GOLD MEDAL from IPPY for the Women's Issues category! Talk about an exactly perfect match! On this list it's category #74 -

The title is "Being Fruitful Without Multiplying: Stories and Essays from Around the World."

Congratulations, Patricia!

I won a bronze medal for Birch Blackguards. This murder mystery is the sequel to Aspen Allegations, which won a gold last year.

Did anybody else win in this year's IPPY? Let me know, so I can share the news!

I've finally gotten the print copy of Mused posted. You can find that here -

If that URL wraps poorly for you and isn't clickable, you can go to the BellaOnline main site, to the Mused area, and then click on the print copies area. That has all the print issues.

There's a special running on Lulu until May 11th - get 10% off with the code MOM10 (case sensitive).

The submission deadline for the upcoming Summer Solstice issue is on Sunday, May 11th. Be sure to get your photos, paintings, poetry, stories, and other entries in by then! We'd love to feature you and share your artistry with the world. We offer free feedback, too!

Please share the news with family and friends - the more entries the better!

Have a great week :).
