Terms that Describe Posture or Position
This is a list of terms used to describe posture and position by ergonomists and those in the medical field. It may help in understanding what your therapist or doctor is talking about. As well, it can also help YOU describe what you see at home and in the workplace.
These are terms you'll seen and hear everyday if you're around an Occupational or Physical Therapist - or an Ergonomist.
And... While you're there feel free to poke around in the archives, read the other featured articles or generally just look - see ergonomics.bellaonline.com for some great information.
While you're at BellaOnline, don't forget to drop in on the Ergonomics Community Forum, where you can participate in free, fun online discussions - or start a discussion of your own.
I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message. I thrive on your feedback!
If you know someone who might be interested in or benefit from the information here, don't hesitate to pass it on.
