Ergonomics are a critically important part of our lives. Your posture affects how much air you get when you breathe - and how much oxygen your brain and cells get to do their work. The better your ergonomic position at work and school, the less pain you feel, and the happier you are!

Anatomical Position of Wrist
The body part that most people have pain with while doing daily work is the wrist. Learn more about how to take care of your wrist so it does not hurt!

A sign of poor posture is when your shoulders are rounded, or hunched. Here are ways in which to handle a rounded shoulder problem.

Computer Cursor Selection
A cursor is the thing you use to visually indicate where you are pointing on your computer screen. Usually it is an arrow for general mouse movement, or an I-bar for text work.
