Diabetes is becoming more common in animals as it is in humans. Watch for increased thirst, weight loss and or increased appetite. Your pet can live a normal and happy life. Your veterinarian will do urine and blood tests to determine if your pet has diabetes or not. Some other diseases can mimic diabetes. Follow your vet's treatments.
