Holiday/Seasonal Cooking

June 2 2006 Holiday/Seasonal Cooking Newsletter

Hello Everyone,

I hope this letter finds you well and happy. It's Summer here and the gardens are starting to produce which I always enjoy fresh vegetables and fruit! I've started college classes again and any prayers are always appreciated :) ... college algebra.. the expoential nightmare for me ha ha.. Some people have the knack. Now, I've delivered babies and started IV's but trying to figure out what a log is? YIKES...

I hope the weather is treating you good. I found a wonderful site that has blue cornmeal products and many others that are wonderful! I loved the texture and body of the pancakes I made. You should be sure to check it out. Just reading the history on the Water powered grist mill is interesting. (The article is listed below)

Anyway, you all take care. Write when you can. I always enjoy hearing from you.
