Greetings and Salutations everyone! I hope you're having a delightful 2013. I've been doing well, steady with my love for EAS shakes in the morning and Very Veggie salads for lunch. Then at dinnertime I mix it up. Although I tend to love salmon and brussels sprouts.

If you're tracking your fat levels in another way, come let us know! How well does your device work for you? Most of the time I just use my scale. When I step on it it tells me my weight and fat level, so it's quick and easy.
