Happy New Year everyone!! We all make resolutions for the new year, and usually they include good health. I'm definitely going to try even more new recipes than usual, and load them up on the site for you.

One of my resolutions was to finally get the Healthy Weight database I've been coding onto the BellaOnline website. Most of you know that in addition to writing the Low Carb area of BellaOnline, I own the entire website and do all the programming here. For the health database, you need to sign up to be a member to use it - but that's quick and free. That's just so I can associate your entries with a profile ID, so it remembers your previous values when you come back in. You can see that here -


Once you log in, use the 'Health' link in the top center. Let me know if you'd like to see any other features in its tracking system! It lets you track daily carbs, weight, measurements, exercises, and much more. I'm going to be adding in some graphs shortly.

My other resolution is to get back into the forums daily! It was a domino-chain effect in there that has kept me busy. First I was away on a series of trips. Then the forums started having some serious issues and we really need an upgrade. So I kept working hard on the upgrade and planned on getting back onto a schedule once that upgrade was complete. But the forums upgrade is still not done! I will do my very best to get the forums fully upgraded by the end of this week, so that we can move forward and start posting all of our resolutions, and our progress! It *really* helps a ton to have others supporting and encouraging you in your goals. I will let you know as soon as those forum upgrades are finally complete!

In the meantime, I'm putting up daily fresh articles on the low carb site. Here are some recent ones!
