I have discovered a new favorite salad dressing recipe! I absolutely adore the ginger salad dressing that's served at many Japanese restaurants. I've figured out how to make it at home! I've been eating it daily. Hopefully I won't burn myself out on it :)

VALENTINE'S DAY ON LOW CARB

I broke down and finally bought one of the Biggest Loser SlimCoach devices that you see on the Biggest Loser show. It's a small business card sized device that clips on your belt and helps track your calorie usage throughout the day. It's like the BodyBugg they used to use in previous seasons, but with a more useful display. I'm keeping detailed notes on my LisaShea.com site about how it works, so you get a sneak previous of the research that is behind the final article I eventually post on BellaOnline.
