Hey there, everyone! I'm currently drinking homemade lemonade as I type this. I weaned myself off of soda long ago. My body definitely feels much better without the chemicals, and it's evened out to a lovely level of high energy without the artificial up and down of caffeine. If you're still drinking soda, it's well worth it to take the step to reduce it from your diet!
