March 29 2012 Low Carb Newsletter
The last week has been a very busy week for me. Over a month ago I bought a Biggest Loser SlimCoach calorie tracking device. I also bought an iPod Nano which has a built in pedometer and connects to Nike+ tracking software. So I've been testing these two devices side by side, going on set-distance walks, doing stepping, doing Wii dance, and other tests.
I am now posting the results!

For the iPod Nano, this tiny device is simply amazing. I was fairly skeptical when I got it, that this tiny square could be helpful. Here's what we found -
I will soon have a BodyMedia (the new version of the BodyBugg) to test out and see how it compares with these two other systems.
If any of you are using any of these types of devices, please let me know what you have and how you like it! I'd love to hear other peoples' experiences.
