Greetings and Salutations -

My week long shake cleanse was wonderful! I felt quite fresh and content throughout the progress. I also lost a fair amount of weight :). I'm still having a shake a day, along with my other meal items. It's a nice way to get fresh, natural veggies into you in an easy, delicious way.

Here's one of my recipes -

Almond Berry Shake Smoothie Recipe
This delicious smoothie / shake involves almonds and a variety of berries. Full of antioxidants, nutritious, and delicious too!


You can find all the recipes I've posted so far, with details about the fast, here -


I'm still loading more in the coming days. Each recipe comes with a text version, a YouTube video version, plus an Excel spreadsheet with full nutrition information. That way you can plug in the grams of ingredients you use to figure out the exact nutrition of your version.
