Low Carb

August 8 2006 Low Carb Newsletter

Heya, everyone! If you're not eating a salad before lunch and one before dinner, I *highly* recommend it. It helps fill you up with nutritious food, which is of course an important aim in life!

Lettuce Types and Carbs
Lettuce is the core of most salads. It is fresh, nutrition, filling, full of water, and helps hold together your other salad items. Try to have two salads a day!

My little garden is in harvest time! I've got lots of little tomatoes and cukes. I really recommend gardens for everyone! It's super cheap to grow your own veggies, and they taste SO good! If anybody has an easy pickling recipe, I'm interested in testing some out. I'm not going to try to can them for months - just soak them for a week or two to get them pickly tasting.

Our Low Carb forum is free, and is a great place to ask questions about your diet and get answers! We're also giving away free Low Carb cookbooks!

I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message. I thrive on your feedback!

Have fun passing this message along to family and friends, because we all love free knowledge!
