Dear All
I've recently taken over as the new Philosophy editor at BellaOnline and have just added two new articles. In fact one isn't entirely new but is a re-write of the Allegory of the Cave with a bit more information than was there originally. The other article is the first in a series on the subject of Formal Logic. Enjoy!
Introduction To Logic
The building-blocks of Philosophy are arguments and it is useful to understand how argument and logic and reasoning work. This article introduces deductive reasoning using conditional premises.

The Allegory of the Cave - Plato
The Allegory of The Cave (Republic: Book VII) serves as an easily accessible introduction to some of the most important concepts in Plato's philosophical thinking.
