Sorry for the late posting, I just returned from a surprise trip to New York. What a fabulous place!
While traveling and having so much to do and see on the trip I had to be completely in the present moment otherwise I would have been scattered, and exhausted. I hope you enjoy my latest musings. Would love to hear your thoughts too.
