As Thanksgiving approaches, take a few moments and list the things you are most thankful for. It´s almost guaranteed to bring a smile and a sense of peace.

Traveling by car this weekend? Don't forget to take a moment to buckle your safety belt. Wearing a safety belt can greatly improve your survival chances in an accident. Or, as an especially blunt paramedic I once worked with put it, "I've never had to unbuckle a corpse."
