The Huntington Library
A cultural and botanical oasis within easy reach of downtown Los Angeles, The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botancial Gardens offer far more than can be seen in a single visit. Good thing there is a weekday seniors’ discount.

TRAVEL ALERT for those planning to travel to or through Germany!!
German airport and public transit workers are currently on strike. Among affected airports is Frankfurt, Germany’s largest air hub and the 3rd busiest airport in Europe. Ground transportation options are also shut down. The DB-run suburban railway network is the only means of public transport not affected by the current strike - so expect long line-ups. Nurses are also striking for higher wages, which is having an affect on hospitals and other care centres throughout the country.
