Greetings & Happy New Year!!!

What do you do when you have a major or minor setback in life?

Do you throw out your resolutions and give up until the following year?

NOOOO!!! You proceed as planned. And the reason you can do this is that your resolutions aren't based on the circumstances in your life, but rather your big picture. I am speaking from personal experience.

When your resolutions are put into the right perspective you'll be able to treat them like a task you check off your daily 'to-do' list to see positive results and continual progress and movement towards your success. It becomes an 'a matter of fact' item as opposed to an emotional item.

It's all about YOUR big picture that your resolution plays a role in.

This is the power of moving beyond the temporal, circumstance-based resolutions and anchoring them into your life's purpose for their success.

I'm looking forward to your experiencing this.


Take time chewing your foods. Try a fruit, vegetable, nut, seed, root or grain that you may not particularly care for and take a small portion of it [a few spoonfuls] and eat it, but in this way... Chew it until it becomes a liquid in your mouth. Concentrate on isolating and identifying every flavor you taste in it and write it in your journal.

- The year's end was expectedly unexpected. A bit of a mild roller coaster ending, but good nonetheless. I had to take a brief hiatus and take care of some pressing family concerns and am glad to be back writing.
