In tech news this week: A software program is accused of being a major security threat. Carrier IQ is software that is pre-installed on many handhelds. The software tracks certain information that it considers relevant to the improvement of your service and hardware - or so they claim. According to a tech researcher Trevor Eckhart, they do a whole lot more than that - some of it not exactly legal in his opinion. I'm currently researching his claims and will update you when I know more.
Random seasonal info: Did you know that winter begins on December 22nd? Believe it or not - ten inches of snow melts down to just one inch of rain!
