The Warrior Diet

So you've tried everything from being a vegan, to the zone, body for life, atkins, the peanut butter diet, diets found in fitness magazines, and even the latest and most popular south beach diet but you always end up tired, cranky, either too hungry or too full, bloated, flabbier, weaker, or worst of all you can't think straight. You've just about given up on the idea that there is a diet out there that can help you lose and/or maintain weight while simultaneously making you feel great. Not to worry, there is an actual solution to your problem, it's called intuitive eating. Intuitive eating is not like mindful eating where you are keenly aware of what and how much you're putting in your mouth and why. Intutive eating means becoming in tune with your body and what it needs and providing the exact amount and type of fuel it requires to function at optimum capacity.

The Warrior Diet can help you do that. The rules are simple:

These rules may sound too easy but they will simplify your life in ways you can't imagine.

My Typical Day on the Warrior Diet

Advantages
There isn't much meal planning involved since everything you eat is raw fresh fruit and veggies. If you need a protein source you can have leftovers from dinner, boil an egg, or mix a shake in a cup. You feel lighter and are able to think better when you're eating this way and you begin to truly know what hunger is and how to satisfy it. Your energy will soar because you are not being weighed down by huge amounts of food especially processed starchy carbs that crash your metabolism and fat burning systems. You will sleep soundly because eating starchy carbs at night along with protein helps to produce serotonin which boosts melatonin a hormone that helps you sleep. Your digestive system will work better and your body will produce all types of fat burning hormones while suppressing fat storage hormones. It's hard to believe but this diet does work not only for weightloss but for overall health, energy, and quality of life.
