Personal Trainer Fatloss Secrets

Not everyone can afford a trainer but these personal trainer fatloss secrets will help you get better results from your workouts without spending hours in the gym.

Plan for 2-4 Weeks of Workouts
Going to the gym and doing random stuff is definitely better than not being active but if you want great results be sure to have a plan just like trainers do for their clients. You can find a free workout plan just about anywhere these days, but the key is to schedule your workouts for at least two weeks and at most four weeks. If you're a beginner staying on a plan for 4 weeks is ideal. If you're more advanced switching every 2 weeks could work better since your body tends to adapt much faster to new routines.

Customize Your Workout Plan
There's nothing wrong with grabbing a free workout plan from a magazine, a website, or a book borrowed from a friend. The key to making it work for you is customizing it to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. For example, many plans nowadays include dynamic moves that burn more fat but if you have an injury you need to modify the exercises that are too high impact and make them work for your body. It just takes a bit of research. Another situation that comes up a lot is a plan that recommends treadmill cardio when you don't have access to any cardio machines or maybe all the cardio machines at the gym are taken. A simple solution is to do what trainers do when the equipment they need is not available and this happens a lot! Be flexible and be creative and find a quick solution that works for you.

Be A Bit More Adventurous
It's not easy being adventurous. Most people are creatures of habit and like what they know or what feels familiar. But doing the same things all the time gets boring, kills motivation, and stalls results. Do what trainers do to their clients and get adventurous with your workouts. If a workout plan or an exercise seems odd or out of reach try it anyway. You may find that you like it more and more as you get better at it. If you are a bit more adventurous but looking to really step out of your comfort zone try working out with other people who are really different.
