After college, I spent several miserable years in different sales jobs (for which I was unfit in almost every conceivable way). At last I managed to land a job working for a small internet company in which one of my responsibilities would be maintaining our customers´ web sites. Aside from a brief online class in HTML a few years before, I had absolutely no experience working with web sites.
Within a week I was a woman in love... with HTML. I bored friends and family to tears with stories of how much fun I was having at work. I´ve since settled down, but I still get a thrill out of a properly coded webpage and will happily spend hours tweaking stylesheets to get a page "just so."
My experiences have also convinced me that anyone is capable of learning HTML. If I can learn it, on the fly, and with a new job looming over my head, so can YOU! My goal is to provide you with the resources to help you build and maintain your site, whether you´re a rank beginner or grizzled veteran. If there´s a question you´d like answered or a topic you want to explore, please feel free to drop me a line.
