Hello! My name is Dianne Walker. I am a Human Resources Manager for a local government in Virginia. I am also the Career Training Editor and Job Search Site Editor here at BellaOnline.

With over 16 years of human resources, training and payroll experience, my goal is to lead you to career success. We all want to do well on our jobs. There are times we are not sure what avenues to take or what we need to do to improve in order to advance in our career. I am here to help.

When I look back at my favorite part of being a Human Resource Manager, it has always been employee development. My passion has always been to work with employees to help them to realize their dreams to learn all that they can and get the promotion they deserve. I believe in succession planning and have successfully helped many entry level employees get a promotion and become successful managers. I thrive on one on one sessions when I can devote my time, attention and energy to helping employees develop training plans and career goals.

I look forward to working with each of the Career Training site visitors in training and helping them to excel in their careers and their futures.
