My name is Brandii, and I am thrilled to be the editor of Cooking for Kids!
Cooking is my favorite hobby. I once took a cooking class that was supposed to teach you how to cook meals in under thirty minutes. The instructor had volunteers help prepare the meal. There was one volunteer to chop up the veggies, one to chop the onions, one to peel and chop the garlic, one to peel and chop the potatoes, one to prepare the chicken, one to start on the desert. The meal was delicious and made in less than thirty minutes. Did I mention that there were SIX people cooking??
Cooking For Kids will have real recipes for real families. In addition to weekly articles and chats about cooking and kids, we’ll have a huge selection of recipes for your family. And, I promise you that I’ll be very honest about actual prep time (unless you do have those six extra volunteers handy).
My background includes writing and website design. As a website designer, I know the most successful websites are the ones that are updated continuously, and provide visitors interactive ways to get to know each other. As a writer, I know that writing informative articles that get to the point quickly is important for my readers.
