One of the biggest complaints I’ve heard from parents recently is getting their kids to eat healthy. Another complaint is not having the time or energy to cook, hence another run through the fast food drive through.
School lunch issues continue to cause much debate and frustration among parents trying to figure out just what exactly is allowed in school lunches.
Once you do have the “allowed foods” list, how do you keep it interesting for your child? Especially for our picky eaters?
Working parents often talk to me about trying to balance working, family, and providing healthy meals for the whole family. They have shared with me that they are so tired by the time they leave work and pick up the kids, cooking dinner seems like a very far away, unreachable place.
I am happy to say that we will cover all that and a whole lot more on Cooking For Kids. It’s about taking subjects your child is learning in school and expanding on that at home through cooking dinner together. And it's about making all of this happen while having fun with your kids.

Cooking for kids doesn’t have to be stressful—it can be and should be fun (well, except for those days where the only fun thing would be taking off to Hawaii for a week).
I can’t wait to get to know you and start talking about cooking, kids, crafts, and fun!
