Thank you for visiting BellaOnline’s Graduate School site. I am Nicole and I have over 10 years of experience in corporate employee training and am currently the Director of Employee Education for an elder care company. I am also an adjunct instructor for undergraduate business courses. I have a BA in Politics from Framingham State University and an MBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I worked full time while pursuing my MBA and work full time now while pursuing my Master of Education degree in Instructional Design. I also have a wonderful baby boy that I love spending time with. Balancing work, family and school is not easy but it is possible!
Throughout my career I have helped employees through the process of continuing their education by helping them find the academic program and school that fits their goals and I look forward to sharing what I have learned with all of you.
