I began my career as a Marketing professional consulting for many Fortune 500 companies. My focus was primarily on business to business marketing and brand marketing campaigns. After meeting my husband, buying a house and settling down in Los Angeles, I began to shift my energies towards volunteer work with several local youth organizations and discovered a passion for education and kids. Because of that, I managed to fall into writing and really found a passion for it. I wish I had found it earlier (better late than never I suppose!). I currently write freelance for several companies and local publications mainly about tech & education. Companies like CampusExplorer.com that specialize in college admissions help. I love writing, and love sharing and discussing information with others. In between writing, I volunteer at my youngest daughter’s elementary school and teach classes on creative writing.

I live in Los Angeles with my husband and two daughters and a brand new kitten. Some of my favorite things include bike riding at the beach with my family, reading about history, playing tennis and playing the piano.
