After receiving my Associate of Arts degree in the spring of 2011 from East Georgia College, I am currently a senior English major minoring in Communication Studies at Georgia Southern University. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to BellaOnline. My ambition in life is to simply do what I love, which is to inspire and inform others through the craft of writing. I feel that I can perform to the best of my ability on BellaOnline by working on the Teen site.

I have two devoted parents who have instilled in me the importance of respect, persistence, and the power of time-management. I also have two younger sisters, whose names are Deidra and Destiny. My credentials include publication in the 2008-2009 edition of the literary magazine entitled WIREGRASS, where both a short story and poem were featured. The title of the poem was "It´s A New Day," and the short story was called "Poisonous Ambition." On October the 7th of 2011, I gave a presentation on my own creative writing piece called "From Rainney to Sonny" at the CURIO Symposium. This presentation detailed how the functions of social media can be integrated into fiction writing.

A strong believer in the success of teenagers, I am the author of "Teen Help and Information: A Guide to Conquering Pre-Adulthood for Teens and Parents." I am also the author of a children´s book titled "The Adventures of Clay."

I have just signed a contract with Silver Tongue Press, which will release my first novel "The Erlonan Tales: The Destined Child." It is set to be released in October 2013.

I feel that I can inspire teens, and their loved ones, into a better tomorrow by presenting articles that are relatable, trustworthy, and well researched. Through active communication, and an understanding heart, I believe in the overall well-being of today’s youth.
