If your alive, it doesnít take a psychic to realize more than just physical exertion can take its toll. While we defend our bodies with diet, exercise, clothing and a multitude of security precautions, emotionally are we as thorough?
Whatever you are doing right now, find a window and pick something to focus on. I can guarantee whatever your choice, you'll observe energy in one form or another at work. If we are surrounded by energy, isn't it just as likely we too, in one form or another, are also energy at work?
If you can, remember back to the last time you comforted a family member, friend or acquaintance, especially someone plagued a great deal of the time through actions of their own. After parting ways, how did you feel? Chances are though you may have possibly felt good lending a supportive ear, you also felt somewhat exhausted or had a headache shortly thereafter.
Whether itís residual energy brought in through doorways or personal interaction, every person and place leaves some form of energetic imprint. Have you ever gone to the doctors office or grocery store and felt completely wiped out? That would be the toll hundreds if not thousands of other energy fields has taken on us.
Your energy field acts very much like a sponge and just as plants and animals need proper environments to thrive, we do too. When you begin having nothing but degrading and negative thoughts about yourself running through your head, it's time to take active measures to correct the damage.
If youíve ever observed dust bunnies on the stairs or in house corners, stagnate energy collects the same way. Clearing this energy requires only 5 or 6 garbage bags a little re-organization and a few bowls of water in areas that feel particularily negative, say a bedroom after a divorce or during a conversation with a troubled friend or family member. Be sure to flush the water completely. Don't ever drink it or feed it to plants or animals.
Meditation and prayer is also benefitial. Sit in a clean private room for 15-20 minutes and focus on a soothing sound until your mind is relatively quiet. Shower yourself with nothing but compliments. If a negative thought comes through, don't worry, simply counter it. For example,say the thought "You're ugly" comes through. Tell yourself God creates nothing but beauty and you are a child of God.
Incorporating a routine that takes each, mind, body and spirit into consideration, you will have at your fingertips a regime that will ensure a co-creative triangle perpetually healing both emotional health and personal well-being.
