Peachy Avocado Salsa
Guest Author - Vanette (Vannie) Ryanes

Janet Boyer host on several BellaOnline Channels gave me this peachy avocado salsa recipe. It MUST be tried to be appreciated. The flavors just meld together. I made and tried this salsa. It is absolutely delicious with pork. I had lightly fried pork chops.

1 can (15 1/4 oz.) sliced peaches, drained and sliced

1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and diced

1 Tb. lime juice (I use fresh lime juice)

2 C (21g) seeded tomatoes

1/4 C diced onions

1/4 tsp. salt

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tb. minced fresh cilantro (or parsley)

1 Tb. cider vinegar

1-2 tsp. seeded, chopped jalapeno pepper

Mix together and refrigerate.

I usually double this recipe, and add more garlic and jalapeno.

Enjoy!
