Step 5. Email

You are almost ready to email you image. But first you need to save your image in a format that can be sent over the web. From the Menu Bar click File > Export > JPEG Optimizer. Set the values in the JPEG Optimizer dialog box to the following.

Quality Tab
Compression value: 25
Format Tab
Type of file: Standard

Click OK to close this dialog box and the Save Copy As dialog box will open. Check the Save in box to see that the correct folder is listed and also check that the Save as Type is set to JPEG. Name your image Fireworks and click Save. That's it. You are now ready to email your image. Close the Paint Shop Pro program. When you are asked by the program if you want to save the original image, you can say No. You have saved it already in the JPEG format.

Step 6. Send the email message.

Follow the steps you usually do to send an email message. But this time you will send the image instead of a text message. Find the Insert A Picture button on the Menu Bar of the email window. Click on the button to add your image into the message area and send the email as usual.
